30-day workmanship warranty on all repairs

Our promise: Every repair we perform is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty starting on the day you pick up your device. If the same issue we repaired returns within 30 days, we will fix it again at no additional labor charge.

If your device develops the same problem we repaired within 30 days of pickup:

If the inspection reveals the issue is unrelated to our original repair (for example, new damage), we will let you know and provide a quote for the new repair before doing any work.

Parts Quality

We use high-quality replacement parts and stand behind every repair. If a part we installed fails prematurely under normal use within the warranty period, we will replace it.

Data Backup

We strongly recommend backing up your data before any repair. We do not warrant against data loss and are not responsible for software, settings, or data on devices we service.

Mail-In Repairs

The same 30-day warranty applies to mail-in repairs. Return shipping for warranty claims is the customer's responsibility unless we determine the issue resulted from our workmanship, in which case we will cover return shipping.
