What the Warranty Covers
- The specific repair we performed (e.g., a replaced screen, battery, charging port, or HDMI port)
- Defects in workmanship — if a part we installed fails due to installation error
- Premature failure of replacement parts we supplied (within the 30-day window)
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- New physical damage (drops, cracks, bends) after pickup
- Liquid damage that occurs after the repair
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Software issues, OS updates, or data loss
- Damage caused by unauthorized service or tampering after our repair
- Devices that show signs of being opened or modified by another shop after our work
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your device develops the same problem we repaired within 30 days of pickup:
- Call us at (856) 701-5219 to describe the issue
- Bring the device back to our Haddonfield shop with your receipt
- We will inspect the device and, if the issue is covered, re-repair it free of labor charges
If the inspection reveals the issue is unrelated to our original repair (for example, new damage), we will let you know and provide a quote for the new repair before doing any work.
Parts Quality
We use high-quality replacement parts and stand behind every repair. If a part we installed fails prematurely under normal use within the warranty period, we will replace it.
Data Backup
We strongly recommend backing up your data before any repair. We do not warrant against data loss and are not responsible for software, settings, or data on devices we service.
Mail-In Repairs
The same 30-day warranty applies to mail-in repairs. Return shipping for warranty claims is the customer's responsibility unless we determine the issue resulted from our workmanship, in which case we will cover return shipping.
